Starbucks - Oceanside

Not the fast but everything was done right. Food, drinks and service.

I used to go here almost daily then for some unknown reason a manager there copped an attitude with me. I believe he said something to the staff about me. I have a video of pretty much my last visit there that I am going to post. The video is one minute long but it will only show 30 seconds, hopefully it gives you a good idea about what happened.

Long lines but otherwise good service. Drinks are as usual. Grandkids love to stop here for drinks.

The staff waiting on us when we went to order was very helpful with my purchase of gift cards. I ordered a Chai Tea and it was delicious. I always get a Banana Nut slice warmed with butter and it was tasty. The drive up at the location is extremely busy. I would never sit in that line. I prefer to go inside where hardly anyone is so I get better service. This store is located next to the Verizon so it is a little difficult getting in and out. I suggest you pay attention to the traffic otherwise you will get hit. July 17, 2023

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Tried to order through the app 30 mins past 9pm on a Saturday. This location is open until 11pm everyday. My hubby had to go to the bathroom but they wouldn't let us in. I knocked on the door and there were 3 employees inside who acknowledged my presence but would not speak to me. I told them we needed to use the bathroom and nowhere does it say only the drive thru is open until 11pm. They forced me to go to the drive thru where a man named Chris told me he would be fired if he let me in. He just walked away without giving me the drinks I ordered. I had to flag him down again and say hey can I get the drinks I ordered?! Unbelieveable.
