We stopped in just as they were opening. The lady at the front counter was very busy taking walk in orders and answering the phone for take out orders. She was very efficient. We ordered 2 cheesesteak subs to go. They were superb! They were some of the best subs that we have ever had. If we lived in the area, this would be our “go to” restaurant! Great service and food! Poor customer service! Ordered a burger well done. When I got my meal, there was raw beef on part of my bun and my burger was very undercooked. The owner took the patty back to cook and it still came back pink! It took several attempts to cook it to well done. Then the owner explained they never know if the burgers are done bc they don 't want to touch people 's food. What?! It 's called timing how long it takes to cook a medium rare vs. a well done burger or cutting a small section in the middle to check! Beats having to send the same burger back 2-3x! Figure it out! while I appreciate the apology, nothing else was done. I 've never had this many issues with one meal and not been offered a free drink or a discount for the inconvenience. We were nice enough not to make a big deal out of it and even leave a tip, but we will never go back.
