Ocean Shores Tavern

Of course I had a chicken parma! I couldn't resist it and I was most happy I did. The chicken was juicy, succulent and tasty. My partner enjoyed her crumbed fish. Both meals were served with the usual chips and salad. The meals were lovely, with not a crumb left on either plate. Service was excellent. Tables were clean and well spaced and the large screen TVs showed rugby matches but the sounds were not intrusive. My partner chose to have her back to these distractions! The place was noisy but it's a pub, so that was expected. The beer was cold and my partner enjoyed her wine. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Most enjoyable evening.

Have eaten here a couple of times recently and not had a bad meal yet. Service is polite and quick. Will be back more frequently that's for sure. Check the specials board !

My friend and I went here at the recommendation of our Airbnb host. We decided to go for lunch, post workout. We were dying to have some seafood so we tried the Thai fish cakes, the fried prawns and the calamari. All were really good! The Asian inspired salad made for a nice side for each dish as well! We left really satisfied!

Great little find , a small tavern opposite the ocean shores shopping center car park . The outside area unfortunately overlooks the car park but is beautifully decked out and had a great breeze. There was also tv in this space . I ordered fish of the day on greens and macadamia nuts and when it came I thought the fish portion was small but it was thick and cooked perfectly - the greens where so yummy in a pesto sauce. I can't believe I didn't pay more for this meal - hubby had chicken schnitzel looked massive and succulent . Plenty of indoor seats and very relaxed atmosphere I will be back .

The seating area of the tavern is really nice and modern and it's a nice atmosphere to walk into. The portion size of the meals was great, the look of the food was good too. However the food itself was very disappointing in taste. We ordered a simple chicken schnitzel and it was over cooked with a terrible gravy. The pear and rocket salad was VERY salty, which was weird. The Nadi goreng was nice but, although it was quite spicy. If you are looking for a nice family meal out I probably wouldn't suggest this tavern, but if you just want a quick easy meal and you're not too fussed about the taste it's a nice place to eat. The staff were very nice.
