Steak N Shake - Ocala

The hired was very rude. I told her they were pouring half a little shook and she said that she poured the perfect amount. I can say the woman does not like her job from her imagination. I was charged for a rehearsal when I paid for a little!

False advertising!! I mean all fast food chains burgers don't look in reality as they look on the board. But this is by far the worst. Skimpy little patties. Super skinny. I ordered ranch with my fries, I got melted cheese ???

They took thirty minutes to mix 3 shakes when there were almost no customers. An employee aimlessly walked the restaurant and apologized when I asked about the delay saying that there was only one person who could mix the shakes. When the shakes arrived they were one third shake, one third whipped cream, and one third empty. A half of a maraschino cherry was stuck to the side of a very sticky cup. How did they miss? Stick the cherry in the hole on the top. Miserable experience when I'm trying to get my ice cream fix for the night.

New standard. No waiters. Fill your own cups. Sizes of shakes all one. Greatly reduced chili sizes and took away pepper sauce. Never goong again.

I've tried this place only twice now and both times I ended up sick almost immediately afterwards. The first time wasn't too bad, but this time I got really bad food poisoning. I physically can't make myself eat here anymore. Fair warning to anybody else scoping this place out. You can see from other comments that the food looks awful. It tastes pretty eh, and more than likely it'll be an absolute nightmare passing through your body. I'd just suggest going somewhere else.You'll spend the same amount of money on tastier, better looking food (that may even be better for your body) and not have to deal with the hassle afterwards.
