Mcdonald's - Ocala

The restaurant chain seems to be on a downward trend. The burgers were decent, but our requests for extra ketchup and pickles were overlooked. Both ice stations in the dining area were empty, and it took a while to get some when we finally asked at the counter. Our order also took an unusually long time to prepare. The ordered kiosks were not functioning, and the person taking orders was frequently distracted by other tasks. It took far too long to receive just two cheeseburgers and an ice cream. At one point, several employees were engaged in conversation, which made me wonder if they ever discussed how to prepare food efficiently and correctly.

Eating is not properly cooked and they don't know how to make a milkshake! it's more like chocolate milk. I had to throw it out when I came home twice! They made the best milkshakes here, but not anymore. I have a thin, burned hamburger and had to throw it away! I don't think I'm gonna buy something from this mcdonald again. eating is too expensive and making through is ridiculous! hide someone who can cook.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My mobile order didn’t go through, so I had to go back home to retrieve my card. Upon my return, the staff deleted my order, forcing me to wait for my food again. To make matters worse, they missed two out of three of our drinks and didn’t have any ice available, claiming their soaking station was a mess. Their tea fountains were down, despite it being the morning. It felt like they were ignoring everyone in the lobby while the drive-thru was packed, even for those who ordered online. The surfaces of the ordering kiosk were sticky, making it quite unappetizing. I’d recommend going to Burger King instead.

The service was terrible, and there was a fight between the staff in the parking lot. After the altercation, things remained chaotic. This McDonald's really needs some improvements.

My dad ordered a filet o fish, it came almost plain and had nothing on it except cheese. He kindly asked for another one with the tarter sauce on it, and somebody in the back had an attitude about it and drowned it in tartar sauce to the point where he couldn’t even eat it with his hands. Rude.
