Super mix of traditional hessian cuisine and new ideas. are also the different types of apples. I especially liked the processing of the mostly hessian ingredients, from green sauce to hand cheese to the hessian surf and turf with kassler and scampis.

Apparently, a new one is there. the food is different, there are no more hand cheeses pommes, for that there are besides hessian also Indian on the map. but eating is really good only it takes everything. the service can still improve something that ladies are nice, but you sit something in front of its empty glass.

Ambiente agrees not to object to eating, extremely friendly service from chefin. everything is made possible, even special. In addition to the orientation on the menu, attention is also always made to special features that can be thought of by chef and chefin.
