Puckz Pub - Oakville

Went in for dinner on Friday, waited an hour, while unbused table sat empty. The service from the kitchen was unacceptable, entrées came out one at a time, food was horrible, not even hockey rink acceptable. Poor waitresses doing their best. Kids running around like crazy, noise off the charts, it's a licensed establishment and I asked my 14, to hold my beer in plain view, next to the cashier and no one said a word. I understand it's in a rink but it's like a carnival and if the food was even a 2 out of five I would have not written this review. Go eat at times Hortons and oh yeah it's crazly over priced

We ordered 2 entrees and it was plenty for 2 adults and 2 children. Portions are very generous. 2 fish and chips with fries and coleslaw for $14 is a great deal. Each piece of fish was huge. The chicken fingers were also plenty. I added the medium wing sauce for an extra $1. It was yummy. The fries were just okay. Everything else was awesome. Excellent service as well. Nice to have this as an option while at the rink.

Went there with a group of people, had the back room....waitress was great......ordered the fish taco's, it consisted of two very small fish tacos, each taco had one fish bite per taco, had a small side of poutine charged $17 for it!......meanwhile a friend ordered fish and chips which consisted of 2 very large pieces of fish & chips which cost less then the fish tacos.....the meal was tasty but over priced.

We had a rather large group and were given the rooms they have in the back - we were a tight fit, but had a great time. the kids went back and forth between eating and watch the jr hockey game going on. Our waitress was very nice and did her best to accommodate all of us.The food was ok - nothing extra special for bar food, but you got a decent size when ordering

Visited as part of OHF weekend at SMC Sports Complex. Courteous, friendly and good dependable pub food. I had Classic burger, my don had honey garlic wings.
