I ordered pizza from here over the weekend for my kids birthday party ahead of time to be delivered at 12:15. The delivery didnt arrive until almost 12:50 which left the kids only 10 minutes to eat. I filled out the survey and requested a call from corporate and was told that the delivery guarantee doesn’t apply to timed orders. What logic is this? If anything I gave you over an hour notice and you still failed to deliver on time. If I ordered without the timed delivery the same problem would have happened. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m done with Pizza Pizza. Keep your pizza and your 20% discount on future orders of terrible service.

Order veggie thin crust. The crust was super crispy. The store was also neat and clean.
