Tacos El Último Baile - Oakland

10/10 – the best tacos in Oakland, and quite possibly the best in the entire Bay Area, if not California! I highly recommend trying the carne asada and al pastor. If you're lucky, you might even get to order brisket one night! Do you enjoy unique toppings on your tacos? Look no further than the "Vampir" taco, which comes with a layer of grilled cheese to keep the meat nestled in the tortilla. If you're a fan of tortillas, you'll love their homemade flour tortillas – they're the best! They also have incredible corn tortillas! Are you or someone you know vegetarian? No worries – they always offer a great vegetarian option! What's even more impressive is that it's all made by just one person! I hear he’s also a big Deftones fan.

What can I say? These are probably the best tacos I’ve ever had! I always get the vampiro tacos, which come on amazing homemade flour tortillas with grilled cheese and your choice of filling. Every filling I’ve tried has been delicious, but I especially love the pollo, asada, al pastor, and chile verde. I never manage to take a photo because I eat the tacos right away in the trunk of my car! They’re so good that I can't resist, and I find myself going there at least once a week!

This place consistently serves some of the best tacos in the Bay Area. Each taco is packed with flavor, showcasing the care and thought put into every ingredient. I've never had a dry or bland taco here. You really can’t go wrong with any choice, but if they have the brisket available, you definitely shouldn't miss it! The owner is also a great guy who is passionate about his craft and culture. When you're at the food truck, you truly feel like you're part of something special.

This man respects the craft to be a taquero. the tacos are delicious from the charts. I don't have to try her birria yet, but I can say that her grilled meat is incredible. the asada, pollen and pfarrers are phenomenal when they are al carbon (baked over wood). handmade flour tortillas, one must (sometimes I can't find in the bay) they also do some vegetarian and possibly vegan options? Whether they follow their social media to find out where they are! I constantly make the journey from 15 miles away for these tacos, I give many taco places on the way, nothing compares.

Delicious with excellent options! Get a vampire and anything that comes fresh off of the grill. A great food truck!
