Spice Monkey Bar - Oakland

It is located in the best building in oakland with one of my favorite murals. eating was very tasteful and I would order everything I had again (pork belly asian tacos, cornmeal huhn finger and spicy minze tee). the girl who helped me didn't look demonic despite her black monochromatic tattoo and satanic feminist t-shirt.

We were originally here because we had a brunch coupon and we enjoyed our meal. we decided we wanted to come to dinner again. my spouse had my surprise birthday party here. I had a great time. the staff is very nice and friendly and the food was also great! we will go back to taste their pulled pork sandwich.

Came here with hubby on a Thursday evening for oakland comedy series! we sat up and had 2 different ipa and affenfinger. efficient and faster service, good finger food and beer. friendly staff and clean bathroom. beautiful decoration in the ground floor with many flowing and one mini fountain in wow! definitely want to come back!

For a komödie show and dinner. the food was really good, and the service super. the prices were very reasonable. we were there about 2 hours. we ate first, then we saw the show. great comics, super funny. the only reason why they didn't get 5 stars was the heat. it was so hot! very uncomfortable and almost ruined the show as we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Great selection of Asian fusion type dishes at a standard lunch price. I came here with 6 coworkers at lunch on a Friday and they were able to seat us at a spacious and comfortable table in their upstairs area. Service was good, although they brought out 5 dishes at once and then waited about 5 minutes before bringing the last 2 dishes so we were kind of all sitting around waiting which is never good. I ordered the chicken wings with a citrus rub and the Webster St Asada skewer- both were delicious and I didn’t leave anything on my plate! I will want to come back here again with my partner.
