Wendy's - Oak Creek

The experience was great, and I plan to order again. Hopefully, I'll receive the same results!

The double stacker and nuggets were ice cold. I ordered medium fries, but I received a very small portion instead.

They forgot my 6-piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets and instead gave me a crispy chicken sandwich instead of the Jr. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger I ordered. The tomatoes looked very old and soggy. Everything else was good, though.

They delivered the wrong kind of sandwich. The chicken nuggets were super good though.

The 27-minute wait in the drive-thru was quite remarkable, but I understand the situation. It's hard to find workers these days, which impacts everything and everyone. I remember when Wendy's used to have the fastest drive-thru; that's certainly not the case anymore. If it hadn't been for the disappointing chicken sandwich, I might have been more forgiving. The fries, which are supposed to be hot and crispy, didn’t live up to expectations either.
