Subway - NULKABA

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this Subway. The staff were extremely rude, and it has put me off returning. I would rather drive an extra five minutes to the Subway in Cessnock. The owner really shouldn't be running a business that involves interacting with customers.

The manager refused to serve us because my little brother wasn't wearing shoes. They were extremely rude about it, which upset him. This situation was completely unnecessary.
