Simply Sushi at PVR Director's Cut, Ambience Mall is an exclusive Japanese speciality restaurant that is pro at serving Japanese dishes, inspired by World cuisine with an emphasis on technique and excellent quality of ingredients. The menu has been carefully curated by Chef Chef Yutaka Saito under the guidance of Chef Mayank Tiwari, Group Executive Chef of PVR.

If you haven’t tried Simply Sushi, you’re really missing out on some delicious sushi that is freshly made, right in front of your eyes.<br/ <br/ The chefs here do a brilliant job at making sushi, and they’re swift at what they do.<br/ <br/ I tried crispy shrimp rolls, cream cheese asparagus rolls and salmon rolls.<br/ <br/ I have to say, the crispy shrimp rolls were my favourite. The cream cheese asparagus and the salmon rolls were really good too. <br/ <br/ It felt fresh and light even after I ate about 12 pieces of the variety I had ordered. The sushi is absolutely divine and worth the money too.<br/ <br/ What I did not enjoy here was their lavender iced tea. It was too sweet. <br/ <br/ I would still want to visit again for the sushi I tried. It was one of the best I have had.

Watching the chef come through the curtains with the salmon sashimi and the miso soup already made us believe we were in the streets of Japan... the ambience is as good as it gets but sadly not many people visit the place as it's on the pricier side.. still give the food 4/5 !! But the ambience gets 5/5

So we tried some Amazing sushi at this Amazing placeMr. Achin and other Resturant member were really welcoming and we got one of the best service . They explained their Resturants concept and gave us a tour of the place , which was soo beautiful Coming on the food , we tried : 1) Creme Cheese Asparagus Tempura Roll : the sushi was really delicious and tasted extremely fresh and full of flavors .Food ratings : 5/5Ambience : 5/5Presentation : 4/5Value for money

We ordered Salmon sushi and dragon roll sushi. It was so nice looks but taste and quality against price was less for me. But the concept watching movies with Fresh sushi roll is quite nice.
