The food is very ambitious, is always brought to the table by the cook with explanation and always responds immediately to requests! Anyone who even cooks a little can immediately be convinced of the dedication to the product in the open kitchen. The boss is the boss and cooks everything himself. Rinse from the fund to the plate, he always puts on his own hand. Especially nice to observe when the other chefs always go past him with a spoon and then are discussed. Otherwise, teamwork and motivation are obviously very big. Even when you go out, you also get your bag with the self-baked bread or Petit Four. Here shines! the fish from the head, rounded off by the lady of the house, which, obviously always armed with phone, answers all customer requests immediately. Only the seating, the lamb's brown and the coffee are creepy. And no, I have not been related or dismantled or paid....

People who love the food are working here! And that's how it tastes! Just perfect! We would like to say that every dish is explained and for a easy conversation with the staff there is also time! I was already in many restaurants, but this is something very special! We were on the way from Italy to Hamburg and were only for one night in Nuremberg.
