We visit often, but several times we've encountered chicken legs and strips that were brown and tough. It seems like they prepare a large quantity and then reheat them by dropping them back into boiling oil before serving, resulting in an overcooked texture. They should take note of this.

This is my second visit this month, and once again, they don’t have spicy wings available. They haven’t had milkshakes all summer, and sometimes they even run out of ice cream. I don’t understand—have they stopped making chicken?

I used to be a regular customer, but now it seems like there’s nothing left. They take an incredibly long time to prepare the food, even when there aren't many people around.
