フィードバックを提供するWe came to this place in Naro-Fominsk, because in Moscow we have been going to Yakitoria for a long time and we know the quality of service. We came with a European relative to eat ... Here we were served extremely slowly, everyone ate, and the dish was brought to our relative when everyone had already eaten and it was time to pay. The quality of the food is so-so, outstanding. Soup came last! No one asked about the order of the dishes. The meat in one of the dishes could only be seen under a magnifying glass... Apparently, schoolchildren-students earn extra money here in the summer, some barely speak Russian, savings should be economical ... We write reviews infrequently, we had to. I urge the restaurant to hire an additional delivery manager, as the current one is overwhelmed. We ordered delivery and after 1.5 hours, I called to check on our order, only to be told that "the courier is on the way." After another half hour, I was informed that "the courier will contact you." When the courier finally got in touch, he said he would arrive in half an hour because he had "10 orders ahead of you." It was only after I called that anyone thought to update me. I then contacted the restaurant, and the delivery manager, who didn’t introduce herself, mentioned she had 30 orders ahead of me and didn’t have time to notify everyone. We ended up canceling the order because waiting 2.5 hours is simply too much. If you’re hungry or need food by a certain time, I strongly advise against ordering from this Yakitore.
The restaurant has an excellent location, a playroom for kids, and a nice interior—those are the positives. However, that's where the good things end. I decided to give this place another chance despite previous issues, as I needed to quickly feed my kids. We placed our order and requested drinks right away, but they took an hour to bring us a bottle of water from the fridge, which turned out to be warm. After asking for a replacement, the waiter disappeared for another 20 minutes. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours for our rolls, which were served dried out. I called the manager over to express my concern about how we could eat that, and he casually mentioned they had been slightly overcooked in the microwave. Overall, the service was terrible, and the food quality was hit or miss.
Very poor service: the appearance of the dishes in the menu doesn't match what is served at the table. The cocktails are poorly mixed with hardly any alcohol. The wait for hot dishes is about 40 minutes, and the wait for beer is around 20 minutes. I know for a fact that it takes no more than a minute to pour a beer, especially when the restaurant is nearly empty. There are plenty of waitstaff, but they just stand in groups chatting with each other, and the bartender is just standing around as well. I've been here a few times a year, and nothing ever changes for the better.
