Little Caesars Pizza - Novi

? To count too many negative experiences, but it is the closest place for us. Now I can't order anymore, because every time I tried it online this month, it says order is not available. Staff are what ruin the store. They do not care about the quality of food they produce, and they have the NASTIEST posture in the city if you need to actually interact with them. Bye. Good luck???

The wrostbplace to eat I ate here yesterday the staff thats there now are horrible the food is never fresh just a couple weeks ago or last month the place was doing good had excellent managers and friendly managers that were there an older white guy and a younger black gentleman with the management of that store and that was the best store of Little Caesars I haven?t been to now I go there and they?re gone all the old staff are gone and there?s new staffing there this place is horrible now I want to eat here I will eat at the Little Caesars on 14 mile the other Novi location before I eat at Decker in Novi Road

It is time that the owner should consider selling it to some other business My order was not taken right The store is out of onions /bellpeper and olives The cheese pizza I received it was like a leather I was told it was 5 minutes old Very disappointed and wont be back at this joint

Every time I go here they mess up my order. It?s the same thing every time. It?s right by my house so in a pinch it has to do with my busy schedule with the kids. I normally don?t complain but they charge me extra and still get it wrong. When I talked to the manager he hung up on me and then said they were closed it was 8:33pm they close at 9pm. Worst service ever. Don?t waste your money. Pizza wasn?t even warm it?s a basic cheese pizza with butter parm crust. How hard is that. The managers job is to make pizzas how they?re ordered and customer service, whoever hired this guy you failed as he is a representation of your company.

The manager handed me burned pizza!!! I ordered an advanced one hour earlier they kept me another 20 minutes waiting for my pizza I asked one of the workers when my pizzas going to be ready she goes to me I don?t know , I asked for the manager I told him he was to meet me track he goes for another 10 minutes to check on my pizza. I?m very disappointed ??
