フィードバックを提供するI visited this Boston Market for lunch with no specific expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and delicious food. Although I was disappointed that the prime rib was not available, the food was served hot, fresh, and well-packaged. The dessert options were also impressive, ranging from chocolate cookies to a caramel cake with a decadent pool of caramel in the middle. Overall, my experience was positive, thanks in part to the friendly staff working during the early afternoon. Despite negative reviews from others, I had a good time and plan to return in the future.
I ordered takeout from Boston Market using the Active menu. My order was ready when I arrived and it was hot and delicious. I don't usually have Boston Market because there isn't one close to me, but I ordered on the way and was very pleased with everything!
We used to love this restaurant for years, but recently, the service and food quality have taken a serious decline. It's best to steer clear of this place for now until the staff and training improve. Rating: 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
It is quite sad to see boston market in this condition. the parking lot is literally crumbling, weed growing. eating is expensive and not the quality it was years ago. it just didn't taste so good. half a huh, extra side, 1 drink cost me over $18.00 crazy. Hopefully this chain can come back, but I doubt it. many of the stalls look like that. it's very sad. I remember seeing 20 years ago boston market in the opposite of seattle. it's not here now. I don't think it's even on the west coast. it is hard to find boston market in these days. nice to find one in the Detroit area. it is more nostalgic than good eating.
Serious customer service, terrible management. will they accumulate us the wrong order for 2 of our meals and because my children eat the kartoffel and mac and cheese, will they replace only 1 meal? no one touched by the huh smh. we also live 1 hour away, so when we came home and saw that the command was wrong, we wanted to call and no one would answer until after 9:00 when they closed. that was dry. not rostisserie huh. more like dry cracking. we ordered 2 bbq chicken rotisserie idw meals and a 30 oz for online pickup, was regularly old dry huh that I couldn't even eat, and they even managed to get my drink size wrong. I got a 21 oz. I noticed the drink right away, but I didn't care. Too bad I wouldn't clean the bag on the counter and check the food I suspected! I was polite for the manager and the understanding, but confused why they didn't mess with the order they were doing. this place does not care about the customer or family at all and I will never return to this place again! if they are ever in waterford area, they have the best boston market I have ever had. drive 30 minutes! we will not regret it!
