Starbucks - Novato

I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks because of the slow and inexperienced service. The staff appeared to be uncertain on how to use the register, leading to long wait times. If you happen to pick the wrong barista, you might wait 20 minutes for a single drink. I suggest going to the Starbucks on Redwood by Trader Joe's instead; they really know how to get things done there!

If you’re a fan of salty ocean water, you’ll likely enjoy their drinks, as everything has a salty flavor. I would suggest trying their water as well, but sadly, it’s salty too.

The staff at this Starbucks don't seem as professional as those at other locations in Novato. They are quite slow and seem to have difficulty preparing drinks correctly, or perhaps the drinks simply don't taste good. I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino, but instead got a mocha frappuccino. I decided not to mention the mistake since the employee seemed irritated and unfriendly.

I had a quick and efficient visit. The coffee was flavorful and fresh, though a bit on the expensive side. I also picked up two $25 Starbucks gift cards for my twin nieces' birthday tomorrow. That should be just right for them to treat themselves to a coffee and a donut.
