Crave - Novato

Fantastic find for a restaurant when we were coming from out of town. We spent the day in Mill Valley/Novato area and needed a good place that everybody would like. I would highly recommend this restaurant, good service is an understatement. Varied menu, tasty food and the food was out really fast. Special shout out to our server, Oscar V! He really took care of us!

Tucked away in this small sleepy town is this crown jewel. Wait staff is warm and welcoming. Extremely attentive for such a laid back atmosphere. Really had the pleasure to really experience Crave’s pork chop which had a good balance of char, tenderness and flavor. Was not overcooked and the complementary sides rounded out my dish to perfection. If you can then get a table outside where the atmosphere is very relaxed.

One of my favorites ! Can't wait to try brunch .... Great service and atmosphere! Burrata is a staple favorite and changes with the season . I loved the braised short ribs .

Went to Crave for a early dinner, and it’s not bad. The best thing for me it’s the oakwood grilled prawns. The steak was asked to be cooked medium, but it came out well done. And I prefer the sauce on the side. My boyfriend really liked his burguer. But overall it’s ok, probably 3.7 stars. Would try again.

The food is not bad, the menu slightly limited. Prices are a bit high especially for pasta dishes. But the braised beef was good, just wish there were more vegetables. It said vegetables and I got 1 mini carrot sliced open under my beef with a thin layer of mashed potatoes and maybe half a teaspoon of mushroom sprinkled for $25.Would like to see a healthy serving of vegetables added to the plate for sure. Service was good.
