This is a fantastic pub close to the station, popular among locals. They feature around 12 different real ales, creating a wonderful selection. The atmosphere is laid-back, and I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit!

This is a fantastic pub with an excellent selection of beers and friendly staff. The food is quite good, with a diverse range of options, and the outdoor seating is delightful on a sunny day. It's a wonderful spot not far from Nottingham Train Station, making it an ideal place to relax while waiting for your train home.

After a large challenge walk from Newark to Nottingham recently we organised to visit the Vat and Fiddle for food and drink on completion. We were a group of 24 and the team at the Vat were able to book us tables and supply such a large group with food in a timely manner. They were excellent hosts in a great traditional pub with an excellent real ale choice. Top service from Nicky,Jesse and the team,can't recommend them highly enough.
