La Capanna - Nottingham

Music was a little loud that awakens the loudness of the chatter to hear about him but the best Italian meal we had in a long time. steaks, fish dishes and carbonara were all excellent! service was good and we will not hesitate to return soon!

Could be the best Italian restaurant in Nottingham. We have been here several times and have been impressed on every visit. Great Service fantastic tasty hot food cold drinks and superb value. La Capana is always on our shortlist of restaurants in Sherwood and should be on yours too give them a visit and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. Our waitress was so funny and food was amazing. Decor and atmosphere typical of an authentic Italian. Really lovely little gem. Couldn’t believe how cheap it was for a three course meal!

Lovely local family run italian, friendly staff and good service. This is not a high end restaurant but food is good quality and better value than many rivals. Restaurant had a really cosy homely feel to it that you would never get in any of the chain restaurants. Was really quite busy on the thursday evening we went in which is a good sign yet staff coped with ease.
