Wendy's - Nottingham

The wait was excessively long, and they don't allow customers inside the store.

I ordered three large chili cokes. The fountain coke was excellent, but quite expensive. The chili was a bit lacking in meat, which isn't usual for Wendy's during busy hours. However, it still had a nice flavor.

I visited the drive-thru at Wendy's, and as you might expect, the food was good, hot, and fresh.

Best fast food late at night! I go out of my way to go to this location since they always deliver fresh, crisp, and delicious patties and fries. My cashier Nadya delivered friendly customer service. Thank you!

My Family and I went through this drive through in Perry Hall.. The customer service was deplorable.. I totally hold the leadership accountable.. Those young ladies that was on that microphone and window will run people away.. There tone, posture, and English language was so pitiful... You could hear every customer they spoke to while asking you for your order... Than gave me attitude when I asked for a read back of my order... it was wrong and needed to be tweaked.. I am giving this feedback. Because to look away from the experience I had today. I would be know better than the leadership in that building. That won?t take time to train staff to give service with dignity.. And I can only Pray to God In Haven that one of those young ladies on the drive through window was not the Manager.. That would really be a shame... I gave three stars because my food was hot.. and due to my follow up.. It was correct... But here?s the thing, I won?t be going back.. Why? My time and my dollar deserves Great Engagement... Good Luck
