Starbucks - Nottingham

Drive thru takes forever. If you are in a hurry don't come here. Only three employees working. Went inside and was just as bad. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon.

The drive thru was very long so I decided to go inside. The inside was empty so I received my frap quickly. Lexi was amazing she was whipping thru the orders with lightening speed doing it with a smile.

I am giving 5stars for the service I received just now. The ham and swiss and white chocolate expresso was just what I needed right now. It was done so well.I always go here in the drive thru. The service in the morning can sometimes be so so but this being the first starbucks drive thru in the area, you have to give credit to the workers at this Starbucks

Terrible service. I ordered a hot toasted white chocolate latte , but instead of receiving what I ordered. The white lady who is the manager gave me a vanilla latte. I believe she also saw when the other young black female barista made the mistake of putting vanilla in my coffee and told her to continue making the drink instead of telling her to start over with making the drink. She is a terrible Starbucks employee and failed to provide me with the right drink. It’s such a shame because Starbucks usually provides excellent customer service but this one fails to meet that standard. DO NOT GO HERE!!
