I am so disappointed! They served me a 16-ounce drink instead of the 22-ounce one I ordered, and they refused to fix the mistake. I always order the same thing—22 oz Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea. The staff insisted that I requested a 16-ounce drink and claimed it was a misunderstanding. This was a terrible customer service experience! You've lost a loyal customer because of this. Teas are delicious, but a little pricy. A normal size was $6,00! Too expensive for a multiple visit option, but as two weeks treat it is okay.

They offer a huge variety of flavors, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. I'm a big fan of their brown sugar boba teas!

Really great service! Drinks are very well made! Boba is always fresh! I recommend the chocolate hazelnut milk tea, it is amazing. Although I do not recommend the mango green tea, it is not for me, but overall I love Cha-Time.

What a disappointment. We ordered a passion fruit slush and clearly requested rainbow jellies, which we repeated twice. Instead, they gave us mango burst. The entire staff even claimed they heard popping mango jelly, but we don't like that and have never selected it. When we asked them to remake our drink, they started to get an attitude. We usually enjoy coming here, but because of this experience, we won't be returning.
