フィードバックを提供するDuring a visit to town with my family for a funeral, we had made reservations at this restaurant. However, upon arrival, we found that no one seemed interested in seating or assisting us. When we asked about our reservation, they appeared unaware and took their time in seating us. Once we were finally seated, no server or manager came to help set our table, take our drink order, or even acknowledge our presence. After waiting for a reasonable amount of time, we decided to leave. The restaurant was quite empty, with dirty dishes and glasses scattered around, even at the bar. It seemed like they were short-staffed and on the brink of closing down. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism and absence of an apology upon our departure left a sour taste in our mouths.
I typically like Bertucci's, but I was really let down this time. We had made a reservation on OpenTable, but when we arrived, we were told that they don't accept reservations from OpenTable - only by phone. Due to being understaffed, we were in for a long wait before getting a table. It was frustrating to see that if they don't accept reservations from OpenTable, they should remove themselves from the app.
I am disappointed to say that this restaurant falls short in several areas. The staffing was lacking, with only one waitress trying to handle the entire dining room and no hostess in sight. Additionally, our food order was incorrect - missing chicken in the Tuscan chicken and vegetables dish and meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs. The quality of the food was also subpar.
Unfortunately, they seem to be having supply chain issues and are short on staff. The food was still very good though, so can't complain too much.
What a horrible experience. First we stood at the door waiting to be seated for 10 mins. Several people walking by us. When I asked if someone was going to help us, a server responded that the to go worker was going to seat us. The to go worker walked past us countless times, telling us she would be with us . When we were finally acknowledged, we were told we would be seated shortly. We waited over a half hour and was seated about 40mins after our reservation. The person that sat us was our server and the same person that told us she couldn’t seat us and that the to go worker would. Service and food were ok but I would never come back to this location. It’s not acceptable to keep customers waiting that long without being acknowledged. I don’t see this place staying open much longer.
