Surprisingly, for a Thursday night, the restaurant was almost completely full. <br/ <br/ The complementary bread was fresh and served with a peri-peri dip. <br/ <br/ For starters we had chicken rissoles because the prawn ones were sold out, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the chicken ones were delicious and crispy. My only other suggestion is that they should serve it with something other than a sweet-chilli sauce. <br/ <br/ Main course was the 12 queen prawns. I decided to go with half lemon butter and half peri basting. The prawns were fresh and cooked to perfection. <br/ <br/ Service was professional and fast even though they were extremely busy.

Loved the food at Calistos! Had the fillet steak and hubby had the fillet in the oven. Both dishes were perfectly cooked as we had requested. The flavoring was perfect. It is halal which is excellent for us looking for a good steak. <br/ <br/ We’ve visited on more than one occasion and the high standard has been maintained which will ensure we keep visiting in the future.

Nice food. The Rump in the oven is good. That chutney chilli thing they give you in the beginning is lovely. Bought a bottle of that too....

If you're looking for good prawns, give them a try. The chicken is delicious with a spicy sauce. Sides are fresh. Service is good with managers being attentive. Give them a try.
