Carvel - Norwalk

They always have good customer service, and great ice cream. But the staff tonight in particular the lady who took my order was really rude and had a bad attitude. I understand everyone has their moments but don't take it out on good customers.

I drove by this Carvel location, and after hearing about how good Carvel was from multiple sources—being that I'm not from the area. I decided to stop by and give it a try. The employees were all amicable and polite. I tried one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in a waffle bowl. It was very good. I was overall happy that I gave it a try. And if you are not from the area, you should give it a try as well.

Can't help, but smile when they eat their ice cream. my grandmother always loved shopping after a busy day of Sunday. nothing beats carvel!

Very good, really one of the best carvels I tried. Coffe/vanilla milkshake was great.

Always have a demand for carvel I am not sweetness person, but these hot days are no better place.
