Applebee's Grill - Norton

The waitress was great at first, but after dinner, she didn't return to our table until she brought the bill. We had to ask another waiter for a to-go box and even inquired about what the waitress had brought us. We waited at least 20 minutes after finishing our meal. When the bill finally arrived, it had three items charged that were higher than the menu prices. Hopefully, that discrepancy served as her tip because that's all she received from us.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant a few weeks ago. The food was incredible, and I was more than satisfied with everything. I also want to commend the waiter for their exceptional service. Thank you!

I was very impressed by the service, cleanliness, and food! The menus and payment machines were well cleaned. All the staff worked together and supported each other effectively. The steak was cooked to perfection, and our waitress Cameron was very attentive to our needs!

Did not eat here in a while, had very mixed results before, we thought we would try again. Food was okay, not bad, but nothing special. The waitress seemed preoccupied. She wasn't rude, but she didn't leave her way either. We ordered 3 meals (steak, fish, shrimp). I give the food 3 out of 5. The same for the service. Again it was not bad, but there are many other places like Texas Roadhouse, or you can get excellent food and good service for the same price.
