フィードバックを提供するTo finish this review as it has been in my designs for a long time: I used to be regular at Kickin' Kasian in Northridge, but my last visit a few months ago was my last. Firstly (and I do not know if they are still implementing this), they added to our bill an inflation fee that immediately turned me off. Moreover, the prices have risen since my previous visit, which made the total costs quite steep. While the food is always great, I was also dismissed from their lack of generosity when it was about to deliver correct utensils whenever I order for the reception. It seemed quite greedy...Kickin' Kasian is a cool place with a nice opportunity, but my past experience has disappointed me. I loved her seafood, but I started making myself home. It is simply not worth paying the additional costs for the same quality of food if not, better!
I love this place from the beginning. I was in the Tarzan location when it was open, it was good, but not like the Northridge location. The restaurant is always clean and has good customer service. We had the pleasure of having Colby as our server today and he was over great and attentive. Very cold and nice. We are very picky and can be pesky, but he was all for her has no problems at all. I ordered the bare shrimps full size 18 to count with corn as my side. My sister ordered the fried catfish with fried Okra and she let me try some of her okra and it was so delicious! My mother ordered the king crab with corn and rice, that was really good, and I had to try a little of everything. Prices are not bad and you get quality and quantity for you food. Try the strawberry limonade. It was very good and not sweet. You can spike the lemonade, if desired. The parking lot is not bad, it is in a parking lot that can really be occupied, but it is also parking on the back. The game is quite large, which should not be hard or long to find parking. You only take card!!! NO PAYMENT BALANCE You are quite anal about it, it is sign of when you enter and on the napkin holders on the table. However, you can pay the tip in cash. Overall, Kickin Kasian is a jewel in the valley. It's really busy every day. Waiting is sometimes long, but it's worth it. I always come and I will continue to do so. I was only years too late at this review, I had to make sure that I know that this point is not your average boiling crab. Note: You have happy hour Monday-Thursday 3-5:00 -Marshay
Wow I was pleasantly surprised with the Cajun seafood here. There was no line when we came on a Wednesday 4:30pm, but I can imagine it being packed during a popular time.We started off with the cold sesame noodles appetizer which complimented the oysters basket. The fries were crisp and the oysters were plump! We each ordered the Mini Catch which comes with corn, potato, and shrimp. I believe it's advertised to have 8 shrimp but we were so happy to have gotten a little bit more. The Kickin Mix was my favorite sauce and my hands still smell like garlic. For the best value, go before 5pm for VIP hour.Check out my food review on IG @wefoodtourParking: plenty in lot
The flavors are very good and I really like the mix of all three, called kickin mix , on my snow crab legs. They also have table lines, bibs, and cups for the sauces. They have really good fried okra, fried shrimp, French fries, Thai tea, strawberry lemonade. When I get my fried shrimp and fried okra I always get the Cajun and lemon mix seasoning. They have great king crab also. The only think I hate is they close early.
Today was my first time here. I read a ton of great reviews, and that's what brought me in. I love the seafood boils, so I'd figured I'd give this place a try. First off I would say the service was great. They even had a little robot bring me my water. I thought that was really cool. But when it came down to my food, I didn't find the seasonings to be super flavorful. I got the kickin sauce medium on both my shrimp and snow crab legs. The medium was more like mild. I didn't taste a kick in my sauce at all. The shrimp was cooked just right and I find that the crab was a bit over done. The meat was stuck to the walls of the crabs, which made it more of a challenge to crack the crabs. If I come back here I would probably only get the shrimp and try a different sauce with the temp being more spicy.
