Great breakfast burrito for the price. The food is consistently good, and it’s the only place where I can get my burrito with hot chile. There are often long lines since they are always busy, but they move pretty quickly.

My sister has been raving about the extra hot green chili burrito from Santiago for ten years. When we recently drove to Denver, the first place she took us was Santiago's Express. It was a long drive from her house in Lakewood, but once we got our food, it was totally worth it. My wife and I both ordered the chicken burrito – I got mine extra hot with cheese, while my wife opted for half and half without cheese. It was EXCELLENT! The green chili was incredible; it not only packed heat but also had great flavor. While they don’t have indoor seating, they do have outdoor tables with large umbrellas, allowing five adults to comfortably enjoy our lunch. We were not disappointed at all. We definitely plan to return to the Denver area on our next trip, which we hope will be soon!
