Psycho Chicken - Northbridge

I was recommended by a friend of mine to taste Psycho Chicken's chicken and meat hamburgers. Oh my gosh, this reminded me of the 1980's fish and chips shops take away hamburgers. Succulent and juicy hamburgers, so delicious with accompanying sauces, tomato and lettuce on a fresh soft bread bun. They have so much choice of hamburgers, take away home meals, chicken and wraps, desserts. Absolutely delicious!!!

There are many better chicken shops in the greater area than this one. The chicken burger was just a re-heated frozen patty, while the chips were undercooked.

Should have read the first review here before trying this place.I always try to be generous in reviews, hard to be about Psycho Chicken Northbridge. Tried this last week for a quick late lunch - BIG MISTAKE. Food - inedible - the bread was stale and had mould!Complaint received by staff in silence and without comment or offer of refund.Seldom in my life and travels to many places; have I encountered such awful food and ignorant service.For what it is - even if the food was good and the service amiable - it would still have been over priced!

Don't go there for the chicken - it like they don't care about the chicken. The burgers are the highlight in an otherwise average offering. Drive a bit further to Willoughby if you want chicken.

Possibly my favourite place to pick up dinner on the way home from work.
