We did Anzios Pizza Truck for our wedding reception and we are so glad we did. The owner is easy to work with. even though it rained all day they were able to set up the food truck outside with an easy up. They had a worker running the pizzas inside and working his butt off in the rain. Everything turned out great though. My husband is a pizza snob from New Haven CT and he felt the pizza was up to his standards. Our guests loved the pizza. It was so good. They also gave us a bunch of extra pizzas to take home at the end of the night. We also had some gluten-free guests and they were able to make gluten-free pizza or bring gluten-free pasta dishes for celiac guests. The pasta was also really good. They were fabulous to work with, and the food was so good and affordable for our wedding reception. Save your money on traditional wedding catering and do this fun and delicious pizza truck or catering from their restaurant!! Highly recommend using the pizza truck for any event!! Takeout on a Tuesday 7pm. Delicious and really fast, 15 minutes for two pies. The large pie is enormous. Warning though: the pepperoni mushroom large pie is VERY greasy.
