Gallone's Ice Cream Parlours

The ice cream is absolutely delicious! The staff is wonderful and there is a great variety of flavors to choose from. The parlour could use some attention and tenderness as it looks a little worn down, but don't let that stop you from trying the ice cream!

I stopped in Towcester for Gallones vanilla ice cream, but was disappointed to find that it didn't taste as good as it used to. I reached out to them to inquire about any changes to the recipe, but have not received a response.

I had a negative experience after purchasing a feast ice cream for my daughter from the ice cream van at Harlestone Firs. After she ate it, we discovered that it was 4 months past its best before date. Although the young girl working there was helpful and provided me with the manager's phone number, I have not received a call back from the manager after contacting him over 2 weeks ago. This lack of follow-up and poor customer service is disappointing.

Me and my friend were out on a walk and fancied an ice cream, we saw the van and grabbed an ice cream. Perfect mix of nostalgia and great service! Thank you GALLONES Northampton !

Hi there l went to Gallone 's icecream parlour in kingsthorpe. So many fantastic icecream flavours and choice of toppings ' . The icecream parlour was amazing. Shop staff were really friendly and helpful. Gallone 's icecream was the best icecream l ever had absolutely delicious.
