Tart Baking Company - Northampton

They serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, freshly baked bread, pastries, pre-made lunch sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, cakes, and cookies. The cupcakes were quite dense and topped with an overly sweet buttercream frosting. Neither of my children enjoyed them and barely finished half. On the other hand, the bread pastries were excellent—light, buttery, and crispy. Overall, I appreciated much of what Tart Baking Co had to offer, but the prices were a bit off-putting. It feels like a small business with inflated prices compared to other bakeries in the area.

I stopped by this place for a little treat on my way back to Springfield after an appointment, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I tried the apple and honey bread pudding, and it was absolutely amazing. The texture was perfect, the flavor was delightful, and it was simply delicious. I can't wait to return next month!

Wow, the baked goods here are incredible! Without a doubt, these are the best croissants I've ever had in the US. I can only assume that someone has received serious training in French or European baking, as they truly nailed the perfect crusty texture and flavor. I also tried an espresso, which was a delightful medium roast with a rich body. The decor is tasteful, and the service is extremely friendly.

The best ham and cheese croissant ever! My son and I both fight for them every time. He always wants 2 for himself, and often there are only two left, and he tries to steal mine every time. These are so buttery, mouth-watering flakey deliciousness with the cheese and ham just amazing. You wish they were bigger and sold in bulk!

Frequented bakery over the last few years for pastries and coffee. Had the white chocolate lemon olive oil latte the other day it was one of the best lattes I've had. So good. Breads and sweets are good too.
