Sun Up Barbecue Co -  North York,

Yesterday, my wife ordered two meals from this restaurant, and I went to pick them up the next day. However, when I arrived, the staff told me that there was no order under our name. Despite my wife ordering over the phone the day before, they claimed there was no record of it. I must say, the customer service at Sun-Up Barbecue is the worst I have ever encountered, and the quality of the food was also lacking. This was my experience today, and we were hoping to celebrate our son's birthday with their food. I would never order from Sun Grill again if they cannot improve their customer service.

Love this place! spectacular food and family owned. the lechon is a must if they like bbq gays. we use sun up for all our meet.

I frequent this superb restaurant often since I like the special atmosphere that is part of this place. The crew is exceptionally attentive and qualified. The service is extremely rapid. Most important, the food they cook is good. I visited often and I was always satisfied. The rate is decent. I highly recommend this place to to all.
