Bagel One - North Windham

The egg sandwiches here are fantastic, and we truly appreciate the support they give to the ECSU Warriors teams!

The bagels at this place are fantastic! Unfortunately, the customer service is among the worst I've experienced anywhere. The cashiers always seem to be in a bad mood, no matter when you visit. They don’t even acknowledge tips with a simple "thank you," and their overall manners leave much to be desired. On one occasion, I paid with a card but didn’t get the chance to select a tip option before the cashier turned the iPad around. I later discovered that she had given herself a tip without my consent! It seems they hire just about anyone to work there.

This restaurant is an incredible dining spot, offering possibly the finest breakfast options around. The bagels are always fresh, and their sandwich preparation is top-notch.

Decided to try this place based on the menu, and when we arrived we were told they don?t actually use the menu (which was literally posted right as you walk in.)They really need to change their menu online to show what they actually serve. Was toldthat they ?didn?t do water cups? and we felt like we were being judged from the second we walked in. My bagel with cream cheesewas iced cold, couldn?t have been toasted for more than 20 seconds. I work in the service industry and I?ve never left a badreview before until I went to this place. There?s way better options in the area for breakfast and lunch.

They have completely gone down hill this is the second time this week that they messed up my order I asked for a steak egg and cheese extra toasted extra cheese, didn?t even toast the bread and charged me for the cheese but didn?t put it on and half mysandwich doesn?t even have steak!
