Lentils - North Warwickshire

We were visiting the area and were recommended this restaurant. We were surprised to see so many vegetarian options at a takeaway place. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. We would definitely come back if we were in the area.

I have been a loyal customer of this takeout restaurant for over 3 years and have never encountered any issues or heard any negative feedback about the place. I believe there is someone spreading false information to tarnish the reputation of this hidden gem. Keep doing what you are doing, Lentils, ignore the negativity from those who want to bring down small businesses. Your food is fantastic and you are doing a great job.

I no longer recommend this restaurant. While they used to serve delicious food and still offer some nice dishes, the recent price increase coupled with smaller portion sizes is disappointing. During my last visit, I witnessed rats running around the exterior of the takeaway, which raised concerns. I spoke to a woman who claimed to live behind the takeaway in an attached bungalow, and she shared her experiences of hearing the rats at night. She showed me photos of the interior, which was in a poor state. The takeaway seemed to be poorly maintained, with bits of building materials haphazardly put together. The back area of the takeaway was also hazardous, with a slippery floor covered in cooking oil and evidence of improper waste disposal. Additionally, trash and food containers were scattered around, and rodent droppings were visible. The broken front window, which has not been replaced, further detracts from the restaurant's appearance. It is unfortunate that this once good takeaway is now up for sale and in need of significant care to regain its former glory.

Amazing food. Been in the kitchen and it was spotless. All the staff is well mannered and nice.
