フィードバックを提供するMy man and I had a pee tea as a birthday contract. the food was nice, full of taste and the cakes were delicious. followed three puddings that were also delicious. a take home box was required as we were so full....The staff were very professional and friendly. that was a nice change from the normal afternoon.
Review on Behalf of all the guys at NY Timber. We had our Pie Dinner from here yesterday love the fantastic menu idea, keep it simple and easy. Quality of the food is top notch would definitely recommend this place. I had mince with cheesy...mash and mushy peas, whilst colleagues had other items from the menu everyone enjoyed their dinner, the mash is so nice. Need to try the puddings next time.
Was taken here for the first time for my birthday and what a great present! Really quirky and definitely “Geordie” themed. The menu is great for both mains and sweets with a good range of craft beers. The staff make you feel really welcome and...the service is excellent. So well worth a visit, many thanks.
Today was our first visit to the pie shop. We were very pleasantly surprised. Food was great, good value for money and one of the staff members was particularly friendly. If you don't like eating out of a card box though then it's maybe not...for you. We'll be back though, it was worth it.
Went yesterday it was empty and they have changed to wooden cutlery (knives and forks only offered) and paper trays. I wasnt happy but was told that was the only option they were trying to be environmentally friendly . I dont understand how single use...paper plates and wooden knives and forks are more environmentally friendly? we got our food and i watched my poor 4 year old grandson trying to eat his gravy with a wooden fork for quite some time. No spoons were on offer. i ordered some tea in the hope there would be a spoon and there was a metal one? so that was a great help. another family arrived and they were given real cutlery? I was rather cross but kept smiling for the children. I was disappointed in my pie too it seemed to have less meat than in previous visits. I dont think Ill be returning. when it first opened it was a favourite treat but not anymore.
