Great little take home meal store. Healthy options like chickpea salad, mushroom chicken, coconut almond energy bars, and lots of fresh items. They also do frozen food to take home like lasagna, chicken pot pie, quiche. Jim and Shelley own this place. Started in the food industry in the 80s, they also do catering for finger food and appetizers for events. Loved my sandwich!

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant today. I was in a hurry and decided to grab a chicken and apricot wrap for lunch, which was delicious. Later, I picked up a lasagna for dinner. The convenience of it all made it even better!
