Firehouse Subs N. Richland Hills

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for several years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the food is consistently good. I have only had a few minor issues with the sandwiches over the years, but overall I have been satisfied. This location is conveniently located 10 minutes from my home and has become my go-to spot. I have dined in and ordered takeout, both of which have been enjoyable experiences. I have not tried ordering ahead or using Uber, so I cannot speak to that aspect of the service. Firehouse is the only sub sandwich place I eat at, as I prefer it over Subway and Jimmy John's. My go-to order is the Italian sandwich, which I believe is the best on the menu. The soda is refreshing, the sandwiches are comforting, and they offer a good selection of chips and drinks. Although I am not a frequent reviewer, I wanted to share my positive experience after seeing other reviews of this location.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and the service is always excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be for them to pay closer attention to cleaning and monitoring the dining area. Often, there are crumbs and spills left on the tables from previous customers.

I tried the tuna sandwich on white bread. It was just okay, but not my favorite sandwich at this restaurant. I probably won't order it again, as it had a slightly fishy taste and smell.
