Coffee Connection North Providence

The service of the Drive-through is really bad, you can only order sandwiches there, if you want an açaí bowl or cup or any drink you have to come inside. So my question is why do they have a Drive-through? Even the menu outside shows açaí bowls and drinks.

This place is the worst. If they don’t serve you watered down coffee, then they get your order wrong. the few times they get it right and the order tastes ok you get just lackluster service. It feels like the workers don’t want to be there and you can see it. Today we ordered food and coffee for pickup through the website. They decided they were not doing food today and canceled our entire order. They didn’t even notify us. They waited till we got there to tell us. Just the worst place honestly.

The coffee here is the best around, the food is fantastic, and I highly recommend this place!

I used to visit this coffee shop every morning for a large black iced coffee. However, lately, the coffee has been tasting and looking very watered down. Most of the staff, with a few exceptions, seem like they don't want to be there. Today, I ordered my usual, which should cost $4.16. At first, the cashier told me it was $5.50. I asked for clarification, and she said it was for a large iced coffee. I inquired about a price increase, but she said there wasn't one. I mentioned that I've been a regular since they opened. She then asked if I still wanted the coffee. I ended up paying $4.90. Honestly, it's not just about the 74 cents—it's the principle of the matter! Did she give herself a tip? Who knows. All I know is that I’m done with this place. With the declining quality of coffee, the unfriendly staff, and this experience, there are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that I can visit instead.

I visit this restaurant regularly. Although it can get quite crowded and the staff may not always be at full strength, I consistently have a great experience. I stopped by this morning for a quick drink before work and was served by Jay. She is undoubtedly one of their top employees. She always greets customers with a smile, is extremely polite, and works efficiently. I really enjoy coming in and seeing that she is on shift.
