Tropical Smoothie Cafe - North Port

Great friendly service! I love their smoothies and it was a nice atmosphere to get some work done and study.

We came in at 8:45 but they are not cooking anymore. Ovens off. Very unsatisfied. Why having signes on and showing time open till 9pm?

There was 6 ppl working and no one greeted upon walking in. There was one couple ahead of me waiting for their food and no one came up to take my order. After waiting a few minute of waiting while the workers talked to each other I left.

One worker on. (Only one we saw there) ordered two drinks. Felt like we were a nuisance, left as soon as we got our drinks. Same drinks we order at other locations: yet it didn’t taste as good as our regular ones.

The smoothies are good, but not the employees. we left them a $3 tip that they turned into a $30 tip. We had proof of it from our credit card company and everything. called many times to talk to the manager and either they weren 't available or the manager would look into it and call us back . Which they never did. We finally disputed it with our credit card company and they got us our money back. Sadly I will never visit any of their locations ever again. I don 't want to give them anymore of my money.
