For me(personal taste) the gramma pie fell WAYYYY SHORT. The cheese was rubbery, the crust wasn?t cooked in a oiled pan, and the sauce on that pizza was basically just a pasta sauce not a chunky San marzano sauce, honestly it was terrible. The guys at the shop were very friendly.. however
Sauce and meatballs delicious. They plunked a couple gobs of ricotta in the center, none elsewhere. I know they are busy, probably short handed, but I felt like I was bothering them, picking up my food. $55 for two calzones, garlic knots, one piece of cake, two sodas not worth the money. Lemon Cake was good)
TL;DR if you're craving Big Apple ???????? slices, THIS is it. Authentic NYC style pizza ???? owner is actually from Long Island ???? thin crust, light sauce, delicious blend of five way different cheeses on the 5 Boroughs pizza and the Godfather pizza was yummy+ ???????? classic NYC pizza, I felt like I was eating a pie back in Manhattan. Too many restaurants out here are relying on gimmicks to slide inauthentic foods past these old folks that don't know better or don't
Horrible! I wish I read more reviews first. I've been craving chicken parm and saw one good review so I decided to try it. The sauce is tasteless. Reminds me of the cheap canned stuff I used to buy when I was broke. Unfortunately, they didn't add the spices that made it edibles. The chicken was worse. Tastes like a frozen patty you can buy in bulk at Sam's. There was also no customer service at all. The girl behind the counter looked bored even though she was working the
This is hands down the best pizza I have had since moving here from NY 5 years ago. The quality and freshness is outstanding along with the flavor combinations. Even with getting it delivered from Grubhub, the food arrived immaculate. We will definitely be repeat customers!
