We have been to this Jersey Mikes several times. It takes forever. Every single time. Tonight I ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes or more for it to be done. There was a very long line and a lady walked out past me and said she had been in line for over 20 minutes. There was at least 8-9 employees working so it was extremely chaotic. They need better management to oversee their employees. They seemed very confused for obvious reasons. I have decided that I will not go back.

Terrible service! Cater to online orders and don’t even acknowledge customers standing in line.

Ordered a #8. What I received was a mayo sandwich. Just tell them no condiments and add your own.
