Mcdonald's - North Pole

Today my family and I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and let me tell you. It was awful. They were giving people food that ordered after us, we waited for 40 45 minutes for three biscuits, there was a manager literally yelling at customers, when we did get our order they didn’t give us our sweet teas so we had to wait even longer, the ice coffee we had that was supposed to be vanilla was just cream and coffee and tastes awful, and my sister found A HAIR in her food because they don’t wear hair nets and one of the managers had long black hair that wasn’t up. It was so bad I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a one.

We arrived at a time when it was not very busy and our food was up very quickly. We had a little bit of problem getting the app to work or figure out how to order by the in-store panel, but a young man came out from behind the counter quickly to help us. I wish McDonald would offer a gluten-free bun, as they are a lot of people who now try to eat gluten free.

Terrible food for the price. For more than $3 I would have had a wonderful burger in a sit down restaurant. The same thing I would have had Thai or Chinese exclamations. Storm rolls and tiny burger patties are what we had in the end. I haven't been with McDonald for 10 years. It won't take long.

Sharon store manager that works am needs to be fired I asked for BBQ sauce she gave me a death stare and then came back and said next time order at the front and walked away and them I called to make a complaint and I said how uncomfortable she made me feel and she said well u should of ordered barbecue sauce at front basically justifying her actions. Disgusting. She definitely lacks customer service and shouldn't have an important role as a manager she is the face of corporation and is nit setting a great example . I feel like she should have asked me if I wanted any sauce with my food and they charge in the beginning . When you go to other fast restaurants they always ask would you like sauce with that ? She's getting mad at me like if i work there and I should know they are starting to charge for sauces. I don't come eat everyday and when I do come I never have issues with the younger employees.

I'm not sure why I keep going to McDonald's. The only standout item has been the nuggets, and sometimes it feels like there's more bread than meat in the sandwiches, which can be disappointing. The sandwiches seem a bit inconsistent as well. It’s nothing personal against the staff, though.
