フィードバックを提供するWe had an amazing experience today! We ordered a few pizzas and a salad, and I had low expectations, just looking for something quick and easy. However, the pizzas were cooked to perfection. The pepperoni was crispy and generous, the goat cheese was delightful, and the crust was boiled just right. The salad exceeded my expectations as well; all the vegetables were meticulously chopped and plentiful! It was loaded with cheese and incredibly fresh and crisp. Their dressings were tasty too, using Duke's brand. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I truly appreciated the care put into the preparation and packaging of our dinner. We will definitely be returning to Pizza Square!
I ordered two Italiano Subs with added pepperoni, and I requested the sauce and mayo on the side. I’m a big fan of Penn Station Subs, but since they don’t deliver and I wasn't in the mood for pizza, I decided to try Marcos instead. The subs arrived right on time and hot! In my opinion, they outshine Penn Station by a long shot! They were incredibly delicious, packed with meat, and very affordable. The bread was soft and tasted amazing. I think I've just found my new favorite sub shop!
Shelley, the manager, was amazing! After driving over 700 miles, my rental car broke down. I was soaked from the rain, starving, and stuck in a terrible hotel. But Shelley provided exceptional customer service and even managed to make me laugh after such a rough day. Thank you, Shelley (I hope I got your name right)!
This special store has super beautiful front counters. Always friendly and professional and their pizza is hot and fresh with good prices. I would recommend supporting this place.
I moved out of state for 13 years and it took me a few more to order Marco's because I just wasn't a huge fan of their pizza before I moved but would occasionally get their cheesy bread which I always liked. After TRYING multiple times to order from PH online and having someone call me and tell me they can't deliver and I would need to pick it up because it would take 3 hours to deliver it! I sent emails to them and absolutely no response...I guess they don't want my business anymore after ordering from there about once/week for the past 25 years or so. I've ordered from Marco's about a month or so ago for the first time in a while and I was very happy with the pizza so I ordered again the next week. That time I had a guy call me and tell me they were out of the jalapeno ranch and if regular ranch was ok...ya, no problem. When I got my pizza there were extra ranches and jalapeños...that's how you let a customer know that you actually do care! I wouldn't have been upset if they didn't but it was super nice that they did. I've worked in the service industry for years so I get accidents can happen occasionally(we're are all human!)it's how you handle things after that really matter. Marco's has vastly improved their product and have professionals running the place that care about my business so I will gladly give it to you! Thank you all for the food and service...you are all awesome!!!
