The one employe does a great job but you need more people sorry but I didn't wait

This has been my go to for years, the owners are so fun and silly very personable! Then.. the last couple of times, there is a short white female who is MISERABLE! One guy started my sandwich, I got a club and decided I didn’t want ham on it. He said kindly said I’ll give you a little extra turkey since you didn’t get ham. Super cool, 5 stars for him. This short lady comes out asks what I got and said “oh no waaay too much turkey,” proceeds to grab a handful of the meat off the sub and give back to the guy! She dropped half on the floor and told him “that’s double meat and she’s not gonna pay for it so we aren’t giving it to her.” Mind you she didn’t ask me to pay for it or to keep it? Made him put the part that she didn’t drop back into the cooler! NOT SANITARY at all it was just on bread, what if someone has a gluten allergy? And the half she dropped on the ground now goes to waste! She was so rude to me and said “if you think I’m gonna let you keep that I’m gonna charge you double!” She’s so rude and unfriendly every time I go in there. I love the owners but would rather go to a different location so I don’t have to deal with such a miserable person.

I 've been going to this Jersey Mike 's for years. And it ' has been the best location. The last 2xs I 've gone within the last 2mo. the newest guy I 've been seeing lately says he 's a manager. Both times I went he screwed up my order and says he couldn 't accommodate me in any way. This last time, yesterday I ordered thru Doordash. I 'm gluten sensitive. I ordered a chicken sub with extra cheese and extra mayo with gf bread. Well I didn 't get any mayo AT ALL. I called and this manager says oh yeah I actually made this sandwich. He also confirms that yes he do see extra mayo was indeed asked for. But again, sorry. That 's not acceptable .

Came here to order food but they didn’t have the exact sub I had wanted so end up not ordering anything but workers were polite.
