It's Just Wings - North Olmsted

There seems to be something odd happening at this restaurant. You can only place orders through DoorDash, but my order keeps getting canceled because the restaurant isn't responding. I tried calling Chili's, and the first person I spoke to didn't even realize that "It's Just Wings" was part of their establishment. After a long wait, another staff member came to the phone and insisted that everything was fine since they had successfully processed one order that day. When I inquired whether Chili's had wings, I was informed that theirs were different from "It's Just Wings." If the intention is to minimize work by reducing customers, they are certainly achieving that goal.

I ordered wings and my payment was processed, but then they unexpectedly canceled my order. Now, I have to wait three days for a refund. The manager at Chili's was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the situation, directing me to contact DoorDash instead. This experience was very disappointing, and the manager's lack of support was quite embarrassing.

I called bcs I was confused about how to order and the people who work here were rude and unprofessional .... couldn't explain to me how to order their food. So. No. Wings.

Constantly cancels your order right after submitting. They are only on doordash, so you have to wait 3 days to get your money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm ordering $40 of wings at 530pm and you close at 10. What's the problem here? You running out of wings that early? Close the site down then.

Didn?t get a chance to really try these as they aren?t cooked? Wasn?t feeling up to getting food poisoning. The fries were edible, but there were about 5-8 total, and already mashed to a pulp. Might need to change the name as ?It?s Just Wings? implies they know how to make wings.
