Cocky's Bagels - North Olmsted

The food here is excellent, and the ambiance is impressive. I've never had a bad experience with their meals! However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. There are times when there’s no one at the register for 10 to 15 minutes, and it can be frustrating to see a crowd waiting for to-go orders. The staff sometimes brings out the orders and simply places them behind the counter without announcing who they belong to, which can lead to long waits—up to 10 minutes—just to find out if your order is there. If they could address these issues, they would easily be a five-star restaurant.

(Updated: I added a new photo because they continue to be unprofessional. It's honestly sad to see a restaurant act this way, especially one that deals with food. I would never recommend it.) (Another update: Cockys decided not to refund me after I returned the food and requested my money back, so now I'm trying to resolve that.)

I’ve lived in New England for the last 13 years and thought my dreams of having a good bagel in Ohio were destined to be crushed….. BUT THEN I discovered Cocky’s and all was right in the world again!!!Excellent service and staff. Food is always top notch.. and have you seen how cute the place is??!Highly recommend.

Love this place! Very fun and exciting atmosphere every time we go! The bagels sandwiches are so unique and delicious that my family looks forward to going back time and time again to try something different! I highly encourage anyone that hasn’t tried this place to check it out. ?

Had the pleasure of enjoying Cocky’s food truck when they came to my office. They have the best bagel sandwich you’ll ever eat! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection! I got the sausage party bagel sandwich and the garlic herb cream cheese is beyond delicious!
